要知道你公司的"销售人员"的想法和能力?

在网上读到这个故事, 這個故事開始之前, 想想看,如果你是銷售人員,
主管請你賣梳子給根本用不到的和尚,
你會怎麼做呢?

考考你身邊的朋友,看看他們是第幾種人?
有一個營銷經理想考考他的手下,就給他們出了一道題目,要他們把梳子賣給和尚.

第一個人:
出了門就罵,什麼狗經理,
和尚都沒有頭髮,還賣什麼梳子!
找個酒館喝起了悶酒,睡了一覺,回去告訴經理,和尚沒有頭髮,梳子無法賣!
經理微微一笑,和尚沒有頭髮還需要你告訴我?

第二個人:
來到了一個寺廟,找到了和尚,對和尚說,我想賣給你一把梳子,和尚說:我用不到。那人就把經理的作業說了一遍,說如果賣不出去,就會失業,你要發發慈悲啊!和尚就買了一把。 

第三個人:
也來到一個寺廟賣梳子,和尚說,真的不需要的。那人在廟裡轉了轉,對和尚說,拜佛是不是要心誠,和尚說,是的。
心誠是不是需要心存敬意,和尚說,要敬。那人說,你看,很多香客很遠來到這裡,他們十分虔誠,但是卻風塵僕僕,蓬頭垢面,如何對佛敬?
如果廟裡買些梳子,給這些香客把頭髮梳整齊了,把臉洗乾淨了,不是對佛的尊敬?和尚話說有理,就買了十把。

第四個人:
也來到一個寺廟賣梳子,和尚說,真的不需要的。那人對和尚說,如果廟裡備些梳子作為禮物送給香客,又實惠、又有意義,香火會更旺的,和尚想了想,有道理,就買了100把。

第五個人:
也來到一個寺廟賣梳子,和尚說,真的不需要的。那人對和尚說,你是德道高僧,書法甚是有造詣,如果把您的字刻在梳子上,刻些“平安梳”、“積善梳”送給香客,是不是既弘揚了佛法,又弘揚了書法,老和尚微微一笑,善哉!就買了1000把梳子。

第六個人:
也來到一個寺廟賣梳子,和尚說,真的不需要的。那個人和和尚說了一番話,卻賣出了一萬把梳子。那人說了些什麼呢?
他告訴和尚,梳子是善男信女的必備之物,經常被女香客帶在身上,如果大師能為梳子開光,成為她們的護身符,既能積善行善、又能保佑平安,很多香客還能為自己的親朋好友請上一 把,保佑平安,弘揚佛法,揚我寺院之名,豈不是天大善事?大師豈有不做之理?阿彌陀佛,善哉!善哉!大師雙手合十,施主有這番美意, 老衲豈能不從?就這樣,寺院買了一萬把,

我个人的看法:
第一种人 - 心态问题, 先入为主, 一开始就把门关上, 是不適合做銷售的, 永远不会成功。

第二种人 - 是在卖同情心, 为了做销售而做销售. 他只是当做是一分工。 这种人每天都抱着一个大包袱上班, 永远不会进步。

第三和第四种人 -   以顾客为中心, 把产品卖了给顾客, 让他们满意。点到为止! 没有策略。

第五种人 - 很快的了解顾客的心理 (这是包括虚荣, 贪心, 想法, 等等)  引导顾客怎么样利用这个产品一起推出市场。

第六种人 -  这个人很了解自己的产品, 知道自己的产品的优点和缺点, 一开始他已经知道他的销售顾客群, 不是和尚! 所以当他卖给和尚的时候是利用他的优点配合他的产品,, 同时教他怎么样把产品一起配合推出市场。形成一个双赢局面。

My feelings for running the full marathon

Running a marathon is an experience that's difficult to put into words, but is such a physically demanding challenge and one of the most incredible experiences I will ever had. It is one of the reasons I am going back again.
On 7 December 2014 I ran the Standard Chartered Full Marathon in Singapore. It was my 3rd full marathon. The weather was so hot that I have to run with my shirt off. I kept running till I hit my "Wall"! When you feel bad at 15km, you're in trouble. If you feel bad at 35km, you are normal. If you don't feel bad at 42km, you're abnormal. So I'm normal that I hit my "Wall" at 32km ( ha ha ha just kidding), but I really hit my "Wall " at 32kkm. This occurs when the  body completely drained of all physical, emotional and mental strength. Every fiber in my legs feels totally used up, and they hurt clear to the bone. The best way I can describe it is that it feels like someone just placed a 20kg sandbag on my back. Without even realizing it, I find myself walking. My body simply refuses to listen to my brain any more. I sat down a side to do some stretching and kept telling myself you have to run whether it is a moment that last for 4 hours or 6 hours, no one can bring me down. I don't think about the miles that are coming down the road, I don't think about the mile I'm on right now, I don't think about the miles I've already covered. I think about what I'm doing right now. Keep running!!
It was a long way home.. After more than 6 hours I reached the finish line. For anyone that has braved a marathon, I'm sure you relate to the constant battle that is your internal conversation. Sometimes you think you're going crazy and other times you think you are on top of the world, but once you cross that finish line., every km leading up to those 42km is worth every back toenail you lost.
The thirst I felt in my throat and lungs will be gone minutes after the race is over. The pain in my legs within days,  but the glory of my finished will be last forever.

You will tell yourself you will never run a marathon again. You will. You will strive to beat your time. You will train harder than last time and if it doesn't pay off, you will keep trying until you get there. You will learn what it's like to try to improve upon yourself. 


During the training for a marathon and after, you will be surprised by your endurance. Training makes you do things you have never done before.




Sure, you may not be able to walk or sit down properly for a few days, but the long-term effects will last forever. You will never regret running that marathon.

Dinner at Restaurant ANDRE

A dinner that made a big impression for it's creativity. One of the best meal I have ever had. The dinner had an ineffable pizazz, a vibrant creativity that captures the magic of the chefs.

Meaningful memories stay with you for a long time. In this case, old recipes and flavours are given a new presentation, but still retain that old-world charm you once knew.
Chiang invented this dish back in the 1990s with the Pourcels, and it has been on his menus ever since. A signature dish made with Foie Gras, Gelee, Black Truffle Coulis.


TERROIR 
Rustic, masculine and unpolished, this soulful course is rooted to the flavours typical to a specific region. It reveals the appreciation of the gifts that Mother Nature has bestowed upon the land.

One of the most important keys to success is having the discipline to do what you know you should do, even you don't feel like doing it.

Such coincidental to have met the national runner Mok Ying Ren and his group this morning at East Coast park. Was a pleasure running behind them for the last 6km. My body weight has dropped till a comfortable 66.6kg now and is nearer to my 63kg target. Looking forward to each day that comes by with more sweat and effort!

A two-a-day workout

Today I have my run in the morning and then trained with weights in the early evening. This is known as a two-a-day workout, and will boost your weight loss. You do not have to do this type of routine every day, but if you can find the time to do at least one of these double workouts each week, you will be well on your way to reaching your weight-loss goals.

Running in the morning can also help you to lose weight faster. A run will jump start your metabolism early in the morning, so your body burns calories at a faster rate throughout the day. 

Today I did not take the actual photos while I'm training in the gym, but this is all the exercise I have trained in the gym.


Latpull ( 80kg ) - 4 sets of 15 reps

减肥容易"Keep Fit" 难!

减肥容易keep fit 难! 是真的。我已经有了一套减肥的方法, 一个月瘦3kg绝无难度。5年前我就是用"消除肚腩大行动"此方法在一年内瘦了20kg肥脂肥膏。但瘦身成功后, 如何维持体重才是最难及最重要 , 因为很多人减肥后就会鬆懈, 乱吃成为反弹元凶。
能够维持我的方法就最好, 否则一星期来至两天全菜日, 每三个月来一次21日"消除肚腩大行动"不可少, 因为保持身体无毒素和洁净, 新陈代谢才会好, 代谢好就自然不易囤积脂肪。每天起床去玩洗手间后, 我一定会量体重, 只有这样才容易控制体重, 只要发现体重超过2kg,  就要马上行动,来个三几天短期餐单。大时大节或旅行之前我会预先跟一些短期餐。储定2kg配额, 那样出外庆祝和旅行时就不怕。让我可以在旅行期间放心饮食。当然, 去旅行也不能餐餐大鱼大肉, 不是怕胖, 而是怕消化不良, 吃的太过饱,如果中午吃的很杂, 量多又油腻, 晚餐就尽量清淡, 吃沙律是一个好选择。
以上都是我这几年维持体重的小贴士。
