第三天消除肚腩大行動

7.20am
同樣的空著肚子喝蘋果醋。

8.00am
早餐時間。

1.00pm
午餐時間。鐵板蚝蛋。


參叄大頭,其實所有的菜我只吃一點點。沒有吃飯。

3.30pm
喝了一杯protein shake 準備去gym。


4.00pm
做了兩個小時的muscles built up.

7.00pm
我真的很想吃蝦面,這次我有喝湯,不過沒有吃面。
