第五天消除肚腩大行動

沒有改變,一早起來空著肚子喝蘋果醋。


8.30am
我的早餐。

11.00am

1.00pm
A healthier option for lunch is to take brown rice with vegetables and fish ball, nutritious and not oily. The well balanced meal allows me to prepare for my PT training in the evening.

4.00pm
snack time

6.30pm
Going to start my PT training.
I will have my protein shake after my PT training.

8.00pm
My dinner
