第七天消除肚腩大行動

7.15am
喝了七天蘋果醋。明天開始我就不會再喝,因為我擔心我的身體已經適應了蘋果醋的效果。

8.30am
早餐時間

其實我很想跑10km, 有可能我跑太快所以跑到一半腳很痛。最後只能走回去了。
