After 10 days of hard work


After 10 days of work out my effort has paid off, but there is still room for improvement as it is not what I have aimed for. I have managed to achieve this result is not based on a tough work out plan like 张家辉, a Hong Kong actor whom had trained extremely hard and followed a restricted diet which has enabled him to carry off an admirable body shape. Even if you don't follow, you can still get the end result right. 

Those who wants to know how I did it you can refer to my previous posts on the food I take and the exercises I practiced which successfully decreases my stomach size. From having a belly to how I look like now. 

I believed in self discipline, however understanding your body and the food you consume is the most important. It will not only act as a booster for you to reach out faster towards your goal, but also allowing you to enjoy the whole process of your lifestyle planning. 
I did not follow a strict diet but avoid fried, greasy and high sugar level food, neither did I push myself too hard, what I did was to avoid intake excess of carbohydrates and take more protein and fiber after my training. At the same time I did an overall training on my chest, abdominal muscle and leg to build my muscles evenly. 

Many people often have the wrong mindset that slimming is just to look better but in fact it is suppose to make you healthier. When you lose weight, the percentage of fats in your body will naturally cut down, blood circulation is better and of course your overall appearance will improve gradually. That is why I am motivated to keep my body fit for as long as I can.  
Allow me to have another 10 days to perfect my body shape. It is still a challenge not for me to give up so easily.
