第十一天消除肚腩大行動

2XU 21km Run
From my previous experience, I only took 5 days to see the result of slimming based on my usual work-out routine. However 7 days have passed, but my tummy has not gone down much in size. I have not eaten rice and meat but practiced a healtheir diet, drinking protein shake and ran long distances. It should most probably be due to the over eating and drinking during Chinese New Year that has accumulated the stubborn fats.

During my army days, I have learnt one of the most important values in life, which is nothing is impossible. Of course by saying that I will ask myself if the target I set is necessary, feasible or logical or not before executing.
Once setting my mark to do it, nothing will stand in my way. Although I have failed to reduce my tummy size within 7 days, I will give myself another 7 more days to achieve the result I expect. Most importantly is not to give up even though there are many obstacles ahead, don't lose hope if the first or second time is not successful, when there's a will, there's always a way!

  1. It is a very simple fact that to lose weight we need to consume less energy
    than we use up. As many of us know there is no magical solution, only that we
    need to eat less and move more. Keep running man!
