我的最后目标"人鱼线"第五天

The best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today.

8.45am
Breakfast at breadtalk






Prepapare my wholemeal sandwich for my lunch for the next five days.

12.30pm
Lunch at Maxwell market. Having fish noddle soup and 100 plus.

2.20pm
Have wholemeal bread with peanut and butter before my 17km run with my school mates.

On the way to meet them.

4.20pm
Slow jogged, run and walk for more than 2 hours.


8.30pm
Late dinner! I‘m having wholemeal bread with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, egg and smoke duck.
