我的最后目标"人鱼线"第七天

Compound training is one of the most strenuous and challenging workout I had gone through.

PT training 
Today doing compound training again.
Seated Chest Press (140 lbs)- 5 sets of 20 reps
Leg Press (60kg)- 5 sets of 20 reps
Burpee with Plyometric (body weight)- 5 sets of 6 reps
Seated Lat Row (130 lbs)- 5 sets of 20 reps
Form Roller Pike Crunch- 5 sets of 20 reps
Straight Leg Side Crunch- Left side 5 sets of 20 reps, Right side 5 sets of 20 reps
VERY SIONG 

8.30am
Protein shake 

9.15am
Bananas and wholemeal bread with peanut and butter.

11.00am
Early lunch ( wholemeal sandwich with Herbs & Cereals Beverage)

3.30pm
Fruits snack

5.00pm
Cereal drink

6.30pm
Grilled corn, grilled chicken breast and grilled fish.
