第十五天消除肚腩的效果


Finally it's time to review the result of my 14 days workout plan. I believed I have managed to slim down compared to last week, but it would be better if those who are following my blog could give me your comments of my photo and tell me whether I have improved or not? 

That aside, I hope to share a few eating tips with all of you which you can get to enjoy best of both worlds. Not only will you be able to pamper your taste buds, but also prevent gaining extra weight at the same time. Sounds good right? 
Most of us have frequent occasions which requires more eating and drinking because of social purposes, be it birthday parties or friends' gatherings. At that moment we just want to enjoy ourselves and not controlling our intake of food, however we would most often than not regret after stepping on the weighing machine and realise that the digital numbers have increased.
To resolve this problem, you should only eat and taste a small portion of the dishes served and not finishing everything on the plate. By this way, you can enjoy most of the flavors and yet not gaining additional weight. At the end of the day, you will definitely feel satisfied because this technique allows you to practice the right eating habit without losing control. Try to appreciate the food rather than filling your stomach to the brim till you feel too full. There will be a difference if you are persistent. 
Discipline yourself the next day, eat healthily and take more vegetables to replenish your fibre and protein, at the same time clear the toxins in your body. Best is to go for a run and burn the unnecessary fats and calories to achieve a balanced lifestyle. Take your first step to try, it will never go wrong.
