第十四天消除肚腩大行動

早餐
明天是我消肚腩十四天之後,看成果的時候了。

fruits

1.00pm
魚片米粉湯。我很想吃不過怕太高卡路里,米粉只吃一半不喝湯。

5.30pm
Just finished my run. The weather is so hot.


6.30pm
Dinner
(grilled fish and grilled corn)
