Day 10 moving towards my goal

每個人都会想,一個人的性格会改变吗?我觉的應該不会。分別在于這個人知道自己的问题和缺點之後,自己会嘗試努力去改變。把自己的问題从100%减到最低。

snack ( very hungry)


11.30am
Fish ball and orange juice

2.00pm
Protein bar

5.00pm
Doing interval training at the gym

7.00pm
Grilled chicken breast , homemade wanton and watermelon for my dinner.
