Day 3 of moving towards my goal

8.30am
Breakfast

11.00am
fruits snack

1.00pm
Lunch at Sun Lok noodles house

3.30pm
6 different kinds of abs training. 3 sets of 15 reps. Lastly I ran 20 min at the treadmill. Actually I wanted 
to jog at East Coast, but the weather is too hot to run. So I changed to gym training.

6.30pm
