Day 5 of moving towards my goal

8.30am

Low fat cereal drink

1.00pm
Lunch at Sushi Teh

fruits

 7.00pm
Dinner at Au Petit Salut
French Restaurant

Starters
Scallops ( warm conflt Hakkaido scallops, salsify and "Ice Lettuce")
Foie gras "Chaud" ( sauteed duck foie gras, smoke chocolate, almonds, Port currants & horseradish)
Escargots ( baked burgundy snails, bone marrow, garlic & parsley butter)

Duck
French duck leg confit, pear, butternut pumpkin & vanilla puree and Verjuice

Lamb
Saddle of Welsh lamb, roast parsnip, Raz el Hanout and yoghurt

Cod
Baked black Cod, fennel, orange puree, citrus &  
Pastis froth

Dessert
I always looking forward a good dessert after a good meal, but I was very disappointed with the dessert. So forget about the dessert.
