Day 6 of moving towards my goal

In the course of life, problems may suddenly arise and they may sometimes be things you‘ve never dealt with before. So your mental filing cabinet of experiences and skills can only partially assist in coming up with a solution.
So every now and then challenge yourself to think outside your comfort zone, to look for solution from different angles and not limit yourself to what you see and what the obvious solution could be.

Thank you Kinki for buying me the "ABC" drink for my lunch.

Cereal with brown rice

5.00pm
gym session
Today I have trained on my chest, shoulder and biceps.

7.00pm
Dinner at home
