Day 8 of moving towards my goal

Breakfast

11.00am
Healthy snack

1.30pm
Choose the wrong restaurant, the food is lousy.

4.00pm
Snack

5.20pm
Cereal with brown rice

7.00pm
My stomach not feeling well. Don‘t feel like eating. Just drink the Oats & Whey for my dinner.
