管理的心得 Part 2

頂尖管理者並非取決於其能力,而是擁有高EQ。企業領導成敗的關鍵,在於領導者的EQ。

3. 能夠讀懂別人的情緒

察言觀色,讓人能讀懂他人,只要一個眼神、小動作,就能明白別人,沒有說出來的情緒,也讓有此本事的管理者,與下屬關係良好。高EQ管理人有同理心、愛關注和幫助他人,所以他們也樂意了解,並嘗試滿足別人的需求,當員工感覺被理解,信任感就油然而生。即使要告知一個壞消息或給予批評,高EQ者會意識到當事人的感受,把傷害降至最低,並以有益當事人的方法告知對方。

4. 能夠聆聽別人的傾訴

在員工遇到生理或心理上的問題時,高EQ主管能騰出時間,聆聽他們的難處。失去家人、感情或生活受挫折,都會嚴重影響工作表現,好的管理者會給予扶持。




跑步是一项会上癮的运动。所以今天要解決它。

管理的心得 Part 1

管理能力與EQ管理息息相關, 管理者職位越高,影響面也越大,高端經理人將確定組織的整體氛圍,包括公司上下的情緒,高EQ將扮演重要角色。出色管理者的特徵,是有能力以智商外的方法觸動人,能讓人心受到啟發,從而盡心盡力。擁有高EQ的管理者,在工作環境中,游刃有餘外,更能啟發別人。 我发现表現頂尖的管理人,都擁有非常高的EQ。以下5個高EQ特徵:

1. 坦白誠實不保護自我
2. 能夠意識到自己情緒
3. 能夠讀懂別人的情緒
4. 能夠聆聽別人的傾訴
5. 不傲慢讓人放射光芒

1. 坦白誠實不保護自我

EQ低的主管,當遇到對自己權力、地位不利的批評或挑戰時,往往會先保護自己,他們無法坦誠面對自己的弱點。魯莽下決定並不是高EQ者的作風,他們會選擇先聆聽,遇到不明白的地方,會通過引導式的詢問,蒐集所需資料,了解和找出舉動背後的真正原因,自發的完善應該做好的那部分。 
活在一個「特別透明」的年代,一位出色主管,應具備坦誠面對自己的能力。能以身作則,帶領部門昇華。如果你誠實坦白,在被告知壞消息,或面對艱難挑戰時,都會比較容易度過。高EQ者明白自己的強項和弱點,但會坦誠面對並嘗試改變。

2. 能夠意識到自己情緒

無視或意識不到自己的情感如何影響他人,同樣無法意識自己的言談舉止,對別人造成的影響。這會對員工士氣與生產能力,造成破壞性的傷害。

高EQ主管並非無壞情緒,只是他們能夠意識到它,避免在憤怒或受挫折時,說出不好的話。如果情緒難以控制,他們會選擇迴避,讓情緒緩解,在思考後,明白負面情緒產生的原因,和對自身的影響,調整心態。

After 2 weeks of living my life normally

After 2 weeks of having a normal lifestyle.

I'm doing a review on myself to see where I‘m standing?

Achieving V-Line and six packs is definitely not easy. One must be determined enough to avoid taking excess carbohydrates, protein, fats, salt, water and not missing out regular exercising. However I felt that living a lifestyle like this is quite stressful because you need to control and restrict yourself to meet your objective.
So for the past 2 weeks I have decided to just live my life normally, without straining too much. Although my overall apperance doesn‘t look as good as previously, but I think I still get the end result right. 
I did not follow a strict diet but avoid fried, greasy and high sugar level food, but I did put in a lot of hard work in the gym and
doing cardio exercises. The mind is an important part of the formula to attaining healthy body. I‘m not a professional athlete, I‘m just a normal person. If I can do it, so can you.

Plank Knee cross - 5 sets of 16 reps
Jack abs cross over - 5 sets of 16 reps

A well built physique is more than vanity. It reflects you worked hard for it. No money can buy it. 
You cannot inherit it.
You cannot steal it.
You cannot borrow it.
You cannot hold on to it without constant work.
It shows dedication.
It shows discipline.
It shows self respect.
It shows dignity.
It shows patience.
Work ethic.
Passion.
That is why it's attractive to me.

Having my lunch at Au Petit Salut French Restaurant which located at Harding road, refurnished from an old colonial building. Au Petit Salut strengths on contemporary French cuisine, savour signature dishes like the duck leg confit, Sauteed duck foie gras and desserts.

Sauteed duck foie gras, smoke chocolate, almonds, Port currants and horseradish.
Pan seared foie gras, just a tinge of searing to make the skin crispy, but did not destroy the fatty liver within. It taste juicy, milky almost, and explodes in the mouth as the tongue starts to press it against the palate.

Baked Burgundy snails, bone marrow, garlic & parsley butter.
Doused with heaps of pungent garlic in a butter and diced tomato base.

Slow cooked rump of lamb, roast parsnips, Raz el Hanout and yoghurt

French duck leg confit, pear, butternut pumpkim & vanilla puree and Verjuice.
This dish was outstanding, crispy skin with meat that fell off the bone.

"Chilli Chocolate" gateaux, coconut sorbert, Piment d"Espelette tuile

Date & fig cake, chcolate, pistachio nuts and vanilla ice cream

HOW TO BE A TOP SALES


看了"The wolf of the wall street", 有一段戏是讲他怎样教他的同事"close sales". 如果你想当一位"Top Sales", 你一定要看。我做sales已经20年,我觉得他在做sales的心态和想法是非常到位的。要成为一位"Top Sales" 一定不可以用做工的心态去做sales, 要以做sales 的心态来做工。
做sales最常犯的錯誤就是急於把商品賣出去,很認真的把商品說得很詳細,不清楚客戶的需求,而成交機會就這樣從指縫中流失了。
1.引發客戶提問,從客戶的問題中去挖掘客戶的需求。         
2. 一定要记得,这世界上是没有完美的商品,但是有了信心十足的Top sales就能對商品的優勢,針對客戶的需求去說明商品的好处。这就是Top sales 和普通sales representatives 的分别。
3. 促成与完成交易(close sales),讓客戶把注意力從商品轉移到購買商品的心理層面。Top Sales回答技巧有別於他人,說出來的話語句句都在導向「成交」。從生活中開始養成習慣,習慣寒暄、認同及讚美他人、傾聽對方的需求、把自己當作是客戶,去體會這樣的商品對客戶的意義是什麼,根據客戶的需求再去做推銷。 而一般Sales representatives 一心只想賣出商品,帶著壓力的心情去向客戶推銷, 其实銷售並非一味的推銷,只顧自己為了把商品銷售出去,卻沒顧慮這真的適合客戶嗎?導致事後造成客戶後悔退貨的現象。 其實「同理心」非常重要,從生活中養成習慣,各行各業不外乎都是要面對「人」,多為他人想想,當個好的傾聽者,明察秋毫,自然而然的你就會知道客戶要的是什麼。
再來是「自信心」,沒有人可以時時刻刻都擁有足夠的自信心,也許被上個客戶拒絕,或是其他因素造成自信心下降及內心恐懼,這些因素都會導致客戶對你產生懷疑,所以你必須要相信自己能看出商品的價值所在,相信自己的銷售能力,散發自信才能贏得客戶的信任。解除自己的心理障礙,建立良好的心態,精準激發客戶真正的需求,你會發現關鍵的「成交」其實一點都不難。千萬不要害怕失敗,在困難的時刻,也蘊含著光明的機會,每一個看似糟糕的情況,都有它學習成長的空間。
