After 2 weeks of living my life normally

After 2 weeks of having a normal lifestyle.

I'm doing a review on myself to see where I‘m standing?

Achieving V-Line and six packs is definitely not easy. One must be determined enough to avoid taking excess carbohydrates, protein, fats, salt, water and not missing out regular exercising. However I felt that living a lifestyle like this is quite stressful because you need to control and restrict yourself to meet your objective.
So for the past 2 weeks I have decided to just live my life normally, without straining too much. Although my overall apperance doesn‘t look as good as previously, but I think I still get the end result right. 
I did not follow a strict diet but avoid fried, greasy and high sugar level food, but I did put in a lot of hard work in the gym and
doing cardio exercises. The mind is an important part of the formula to attaining healthy body. I‘m not a professional athlete, I‘m just a normal person. If I can do it, so can you.
