How to make the impossible turn possible (Day 4)

SO MANY OF OUR DREAMS AT FIRST SEEM IMPOSSIBLE, THEN THEY SEEM IMPROBABLE, AND THEN, WHEN WE SUMMON THE WILL, THEY SOON BECOME POSSIBLE.
To obtaining V-line abs it requires two basic steps. The cut that make V- lines pop are only visible with a low body fat percentage. Even a thin layer of fat will prevent your V-lines from showing through. The second step involves specifically targeting yor lower abdomen muscles during your workouts. Tomorrow I will be taking my body fat percentage. Hope my body fat percentage can decrease to 8%.

8.30am
Eat something you like for your breakfast to make your day. This is my all time favorite. It makes my day.

11.00am
Yesterday night I ate too much food which contain lots of fat. Today I need to discipline myself to eat more fruits and vegetables.

1.00pm
Fish soup and lettuce wrap with cucumber, avacado and tomato.

5.00pm
I wanted to run at East Coast Park but the weather is too hot to run outdoor. So I went to gym to do interval run and abs training and have my protein shake after my training.

7.30pm
I have planned to eat only vegetables for dinner, but when I reached home my mother had already cooked my favorite homemake dumpling. Can‘t resist and have eaten 8 dumplings. The problem is tomorrow I‘m doing my body fat measurement, and worried I cannot decrease my body fat to 8%.

睡觉前想到一些直得分享的道理。
錢財不能賺盡,得失不能計盡,著數不能拿盡,威風不能要盡,壞人不能趕盡,仇不能記盡,機關不能算盡,凡事太盡,緣份勢必旱盡。
