How to make the impossible turn possible (Day 5)

WE WOULD ACCOMPLISH MANY MORE  THINGS IF WE DID NOT THINK OF THEM AS IMPOSSIBLE.

8.30am
Breakfast

My PT (personal trainer) just called up and told me that our gym training will be postponed to next Monday. So sad that I cannot take my body fat percentage. Anyway I will do my training by myself tonight.

11.00pm
Have brought 6 eggs, just eaten 3 white egg yolk. Keep the balance 3 for the afternoon snack.

12.15pm
After eating the eggs still feel hungry, so I drank herbs & cereals beverage.
1.00pm
Fish ball soup , lettuce wrap with cucumber, tomato and avcado.

4.00pm
Just finished my balance 3 white egg yolk.

7.00pm
My dinner
