How to make the impossible turn possible (Day 8)

For the last 3 days, it's best to spread carb intake out across smaller meals - for example, eight or nine meals instead of four or five. 
Tanning is a simple way to cause your body to look more defined. It doesn't matter if you tan outside in a bed or use a spray tan. No matter which style you choose the tan will always cause the body to look more defined. The pigment within the body causes the reflection of light to appear differently. Ideally, you should start the tanning process a month out, and increase the time slowly and gradually.

The indoor tanning solariums helps me for reducing tanning times.

Bupeee jump - 3 sets of 6 reps
Incline bench shoulder left side rasie (5kg) - 3 sets of 15 reps
Incline bench shoulder right side raise (5kg) - 3 sets of 15 reps
Shoulder press dumbell (12.5) - 3 sets of 12 reps
Plank cross over - 3 sets of 16 reps
Side straight left leg crunch - 3 sets of 15 reps Side straight right leg crunch - 3 sets of 15 reps
Medicine ball crunch (4kg) - 3 sets of 15 reps
