How to make the impossible turn possible (Day 9)

For the last 2 days I will drop my fat intake to zero. But I want to warn everyone, you‘re going to feel like crap!
Sodium can cause me to bloat up and hold water under my skin. From now manipulating salt intake is crucial to looking as define as possible. So this means no more sodium-heavy hot sauces, or most sauces in general. Now is the toughest time to go through.

Fish soup (Never ever drink the soup)
