How to make the impossible turn possible (Day 6)

Today I have my PT training and measure my body fat. Very surprised that my body fat have increased to 13%, my trainer was surprised too. She suspect my body might trap water (water retention). So today I‘m doing interval training.
Interval training - conditioning work for large muscle groups.
Run 1min 30sec - speed 10 (6min /km) Incline 4.0.
Push up for 15 reps
Run for 1min 30sec - 3 sets
Pull up for 15 reps
Run for 1min 30sec - 3 sets
Burpees with push up 8 reps
Run for 1min 30sec - 3 sets
Walking lunges
Run for 1min 30sec - 3 sets
Leg press 15 reps
Run for 1min 30 sec - 3 sets
3 kinds abs 15 reps for 3 sets
Calories burn=800 calories

8.30am
Protein shake after training

9.00am
Breakfast

12.30pm
Lunch with 3 friends ( I had a very small portion)
Before and After my hair cut


7.00pm
My dinner
