Live my life normally and still can maintain a good body shape (Day 1)

Getting the right balance does not only improve one's health but revitalise the mind and inner soul as well. Now that I have build my foundation right, doing regular exercises and practice healthy eating on a daily basis is the key to maintain my body fitness.
Every 2 weeks I will do a review on myself to see where I'm standing. This is to test whether having a normal lifestyle makes any difference to my body's weight and overall appearance compared to a harsh training.
Achieving V-Line and six packs is definitely not easy. One must be determined enough to avoid taking excess carbohydrates, protein, fats, salt, water and not missing out regular exercising. However I felt that living a lifestyle like this is quite stressful because you need to control and restrict yourself to meet your objective.
So I have decided to just live my life normally, without straining too much. If I can still maintain a good body shape, this proves that anybody can do it too.
The basics can't go wrong, if the mind is strong, the body will follow. Make exercise a priority to fit in your schedule.

Just finished my PT training
TRX chest press for 1 min
TRX Lat row for 1 min
Seated chest fly for 1 min
TRX Wide row for 1 min
Dumbell step up and down for 1 min
Shoulder side raise (30kg) for 1 min
Abs jack and plank for 1 min
Alt knee cross over for 1 min
All exercise 3 sets
