Live my life normally and still can maintain a good body shape (Day 12)

Doing PT training today.
Compund training
Incline Bar Chest Press  15/65.8kg - 5 sets of 15 reps
Bar Deadlift  12/36kg - 5 sets of 15 reps
Plank Lat row 12/5kg - 5 sets of 15 reps
1 arm overhead walk lunge 7.5kg - 5 sets of 15 reps
Burpees jump - 5 sets of 6 reps
Spider push up - 5 sets of 16 reps
Plank Knee cross - 5 sets of 16 reps
Jack abs cross over - 5 sets of 16 reps

Protein shake after my PT training

Breakfast

10.00am
Snack

1.00pm
Seafoodsoup with 2 fried eggs

2.30pm
Fruits snack

4.00pm
