More than just a diet control and work out to achieve V-line and 6 packs

Building V-line and 6 packs is not an easy task when I am required to attend gatherings and social events during these 10 days. I have put in my best effort to stick with a light diet (refer to my previous posts on my daily food intake) and work on a hard training, but I can only say it's a 80% achievement. 
Although the shape and build of my body has visibly improved, surprisingly the fat percentage did not drop but increased to 13%. It is quite disappointing as I ate only mostly fruits and vegetables for my meals that are distributed in small portions.
To honor my words, I will continue to strive harder and deliver a better result starting from next Monday, as I will travel to Malaysia for 3 days from Thursday to Saturday to meet up with some of the colleagues there. It has been quite some time since we last gathered. During a trip like this, good food and drinks can't be avoided as it is not a frequent event to sit down and have a nice meal with my team in Malaysia. Then again, I will be mindful about not having too much greasy food, it is good to enjoy but at the same time, self-discipline is an important part to earn success.
