管理的心得 Part 2

頂尖管理者並非取決於其能力,而是擁有高EQ。企業領導成敗的關鍵,在於領導者的EQ。

3. 能夠讀懂別人的情緒

察言觀色,讓人能讀懂他人,只要一個眼神、小動作,就能明白別人,沒有說出來的情緒,也讓有此本事的管理者,與下屬關係良好。高EQ管理人有同理心、愛關注和幫助他人,所以他們也樂意了解,並嘗試滿足別人的需求,當員工感覺被理解,信任感就油然而生。即使要告知一個壞消息或給予批評,高EQ者會意識到當事人的感受,把傷害降至最低,並以有益當事人的方法告知對方。

4. 能夠聆聽別人的傾訴

在員工遇到生理或心理上的問題時,高EQ主管能騰出時間,聆聽他們的難處。失去家人、感情或生活受挫折,都會嚴重影響工作表現,好的管理者會給予扶持。




跑步是一项会上癮的运动。所以今天要解決它。

沒有想過要跑多遠?
沒有想過要跑多快?
沒有想過要跑多久?
只想好好的享受跑步的感覺。
只想好好的享受跑步的樂趣。
只想好好的享受跑完的滿足感。
