2010那年开始我每天都会在East Coast Park跑步,在那里认识了很多朋友。今天遇到一位在那里跑了4年的朋友,他每次都会跟我說他很想減掉6kg,不过到现在还是一样没有减到。听了之后, 替他心酸。他每天都会跑6km, 不过还是没有减少了体重。当我想与他分享我这4年减肥的过程时,他就跟我说:"一个人肥了几十年是不可能再瘦回去"。我问他:" 在吃方面,你有尝试过改变吗?" 他回答:"我吃很少,不过晚上一定要吃一碗饭"。这时我知道不用在谈下去,因为他自己给自己很多理由,同时不能接受意见和改变。再讲下去,他也不会听进去。我跟他微笑了就去享受我的跑步旅程!
在跑的过程,想到一些人永远不会进步,因为一开始他已经没有成功的决心, 封閉自己,所以一直墨守成規,没有进步。
思想决定态度,态度决定语言,语言决定行为,行为养成习惯,习惯形成性格,性格决定命。 没有人可以帮他,只有他自己改变思想才能成功减肥。
