Get Pumped For Your Big Date!

Whether you are getting ready to pose on stage, or pose at the beach, you are going to want to look your best. The "pumped" look will definitely create a more impressive, but temporary physique. 

What is the best "pump" workout?

Before beginning the workout, perform a 5-10 minute warm-up of body weight exercises or some form of light cardio and warm-up sets.

Incline FW Chest Press 15kg - 4 sets of 15 reps

Lat Row 15kg - 4 sets of 15 reps

Seated chest fly 70kg - 4 sets of 15 reps

Lateral row push up - 4 sets of 15 reps

A targeted workout to increase blood flow to the muscles and cause a temporary overflow so that your muscle cells are engorged with extra blood and you appear big, buff and strong!
