PT Training

Incline FW Chest Press (15kg) - 4 sets of 15 reps
Lateral row push up - 4 sets of Left side 10 reps, Right side 10 reps
Bench step up reverse lunge 10/10kg - 4 sets of Left side 10 reps, Right side 10 reps                       
Seated chest fly (70kg) - 4 sets of 15 reps
Foam roller push up knee tug - 4 sets of 15 reps
Sumo squats - 4 sets of Left side 10 reps, Right side 10 reps                                                                                                                                         
FW single arm clean (7.5kg) - 4 sets of Left side of 10 reps, Right side of 10 reps

Decline bench reverse crunch - 4 sets of 15 reps
