Push Yourself. Break Yourself. Repair Yourself

My body wasn't sculpted by starvation. It was created by proper nutrition. It was built by lifting HEAVY. My body is made by getting up and getting it in....every.....day....


Fitball one leg push up - 4 sets of 15 reps (left leg)
4 sets of 15 reps (right leg)


Machine chest fly 11 plates - 4 sets of 15 reps


Foam roller push up abs roll - 4 sets of 15 reps



1 arm walking lunge (7.5kg)


Forward Lat row ( 20kg) - 4 sets of 15 reps (left hand)
4 sets of 15 reps ( right hand)


Chin up - 4 sets of 15 reps


Plank row and twist (5kg) - 4 sets of 12 reps


Fitball ham curl - 4 sets of 12 reps (left leg)
4 sets of 12 reps ( right leg)


Mediball oblique (4kg) - 4 sets of 12 reps
