Workout at hotel gym

If you constantly push yourself to the limit, there are no limits.

Incline Chest Press (15kg) - 4 sets of 15 reps
Bench Step up Step down - 4 sets of 15 reps
Machine Chest Fly (50kg) - 4 sets of 15 reps
Walking Lunge (5kg) - 4 sets of 15 rep
Forward Crunch - 4 sets of 15 reps
Plank Knee Cross - 4 sets of 16 reps
Jack Abs Cross Over - 4 sets of 16 reps
