是人的问题而不是事情的问题。

这几天陆续收到几位以前的旧同事的电话。大家问候几句之后, 他们开始进入正题。
每个同事都觉得在他们现在的公司做到很不开心, 每个都有他们的问题。当然我以不同个人的性格, 和不同的问题给了一些意见。谈完之后。。。自己回想他们所说的问题, 在想想自己的经历, 分析之后深深的了解到其实不是他们所说的
1。公司问题
2。人事问题
3。工作压力
4。老板问题
我觉得是个人的问题, 经过了20 年的经历, 我有一段话曾经讲过给他们听, 这一番话是我在Malaysia最困难的时候而领悟到的。如果一个人明白而做的到, 根本不会有任何问题。

A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts,  events and outcomes. It is a catalyst. ...A spark that creates extraordinary results.
我是这样带着这个态度, 一步一步走到现在。我相信 The power of attitude!
自从有了这个态度, 我没有为公司的管理, 模式, 生意而不开心。因为可以跟我合作的同事的态度都一样, 不然他是很难在我们的公司生存! 因为他不知道自己在做什么? 他也不能融入公司的环境, 他会做的很不开心。所以我没有为公司的人事而不开心。我没有工作压力, 因为我一直在享受工作的过程。

Superband Squats Press up - 4 sets of 15 reps


Overhead walk lunge - 4 sets (20 steps)


Superband Chest Fly - 4 sets of 15 reps of left hand
4 sets of 15 reps of right hand


Chin up - 4 sets of 15 reps


Superband Side walk - 4 sets (side walk for 10 steps and back 10 steps)


Fitball Ham Curl - 4 sets of 15 reps


Superband Reverse Crunch - 4 sets of 15 reps
