I always thought I just wanted to look good -

Until I realized what it felt like to be strong.


Incline chest press (56 kg) - 5 sets of 12 reps


Machine leg press (100 kg) - 5 sets of 12 reps


Power clean (20 kg) - 5 sets of 6 reps


Seated lat pull (170 kg) - 5 sets of 12 reps


Decline reverse abs crunch - 4 sets of 16 reps


Roman lateral crunch - 4 sets of left side 12 reps and 12 reps of right side
