Sunday Brunch at Ritz Carlton Hotel


My Hong Kong friends are here to visit and I brought them to Ritz Carlton hotel for a brunch buffet that serves really fresh and excellent food with free flow champagne, cocktail and wine to relish. Big thanks to Alison Chan for recommending this place. Everyone enjoyed to the very end of the meal. This is one of the hotel buffets which I will come back for a second time because it's just too good

The Ritz Calton, Millenia Singapore 
Sunday, 12pm to 3.30pm
SGD  $148 per adult  (inclusive of unlimited Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2008 and Brut Rose 2009, selected cocktails/mocktails, house pour red/white wines, draft beer and soft drinks )
SGD $128 per adult 
SGD $74 per child  ( 6 to 12 years old)
SGD $37 ( 3 to 5 years old)

Foie Gras
 The skin not crispy and is really not up to the standard 


Braised pork belly with yam
 This is damm good. I like the tender of the pork belly and is not oily at all.


Chili Crab
 Taste good but nothing special 


The Tandoori Lamb doesn't look good but is tender and nice. They marinated the Lamb and  taste like satay.


They have a barbecue section which let you choose the food and barbecue for you on the spot. You can find tiger prawn, lobster, pork chops, pork rib, corn and beef.
You also can find lobster bisque at the same station.


You can find all kinds of sushi and salad. The most interesting part is that you can find 濑尿虾sushi here.


Tandoori Lamb, Tandoori Chicken and Tandoori Fish


All kinds of cheese and bread 


Dessert 
You can find creme brulee, ice cream, chocolate, macaron and etc.  


Free flow of Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2008, Brut Rose 2009, cocktail/ mocktails, house pour red/white wines and draft beer to relish.
