What I eat and drink to prepare for my video shooting

I have been eating oatmeal every morning. The solubility fiber in oatmeal absorbs a considerable amount of water which significant slows down your digestive process. This will make you feel full longer. Eating oatmeal can lower your cholesterol especially LDL, or "bad" cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Oats also provide important mineral, it contains thiamin, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and iron.
One thing have to take note on your package of oats, it should list one ingredient- whole grain oats. Avoid prepackaged oatmeal they maybe high in both sodium and sugar and lower in beneficial fiber.

Oatmeal is a source of fiber. That means when you eat oats for breakfast,  you're going to feel full for a long time.

But I add some special ingredient into my oatmeal. Want to guess what it is?

I have added sesame seeds into my oatmeal. Sesame seeds have huge benefits.
Sesame seeds are full of high quality protein. It helps prevent diabetes, reduces blood pressure, lower cholesterol, good for digestion, healthy skin, prevent wrinkles and most importantly sesame seeds is good for my hair.

Everyday I will drink more than 8 bottles of lemon juice with warm water.
Lemons help reduces inflammation, aids digestion, helps you lose weight,  cleanses your system, keeps your skin blemish free, give your immune system a boost and freshens your breath.

By adding a few slices of fruits into our daily intake of water,  we can benefit the mind, body and soul at the same time. Adding a few slices of whole fruits heightens minerals and vitamins that our body can easily and quickly consume, and at the same time are so delicious that we may find ourselves tricking our mind into drinking more water than we have in the past.
