Today I'm going to do a Full Body Workout to keep myself fit

我觉得做人, 一定要吃的好, 不过身材还是要keep住。今天我要做 Full Body Workout to keep myself fit.
Walking lunges with shoulder press. This exercise is to train my leg, abs and shoulder muscle.


Side Plank Crunches
This exercise is to train my core muscle
Right side 4 sets of 10 reps
Left side 4 sets of 10 reps


Oblique Side Twist with Medicine Ball 
This exercise is to train my oblique core muscle
Right side 4 sets of 15 reps
Left side 4 sets of 15 reps


Plank Push Up
Left hand side 4 sets of 12 reps 
Right hand side 4 sets of 12 reps 
This combo exercise targets the triceps, chest, shoulders and abdominal muscles. Additionally, the exercise benefits the lower back, hip flexors and stabilizers and encourages a strong core. The pushup plank builds arm strength and increases shoulder mobility.


In order to be successful your focus has to be so intense people think you are crazy
This exercise is to train my leg muscle, abs and shoulder.
Right Leg 4 sets of 15 reps 
Left Leg 4 sets of 15 reps


I always have a problem to maintain my shoulder muscle. After a period of time it doesn't look as firm as before. Therefore I need to put extra effort on this part. I believe consistency is the key to success.
This exercise is to train my shoulder muscle
Right hand 4 sets of 15 reps 
Left hand 4 sets of 15 reps



Full Body Workout 
2 push up (train my chest), burpees (cardio and leg muscle) and shoulder press (shoulder muscle)
4 sets of 10 reps
Almost every successful person begins with 2 beliefs: the future can be better than the present, and I have the power to make it so.


To enjoy life, one must eat when necessary but also to bear in mind on keeping fit at the same time! I did a full body workout today to make myself fit.
4 sets of 10 reps (train my back muscle and shoulder)




Full Body Workout 
It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward
Side Crunches (train abs), Roll pushup (train chest) and a squat (leg muscle)
