The secret behind one of the best pasta

Singapore Blogger

Despite being situated along the quiet street of Upper Paya Lebar Road, Blend it Up has brighten up the place with it’s eye-ball catching signage that attracted my attention. Offering Italian food, Blend it Up is somehow different from the others simply because of it’s unique mix of Italian and Asian twist. Helmed by chef cum owner Peter Neo, the gratifying menu will make you come back for more once you tried it. Fellow foodies you are in luck!

Spaghetti Prawn Paste Aglio Olio

Spaghetti Prawn Paste Aglio Olio
Whet your appetite with this innovative pasta dish, it has a blended taste of Italian and local flavours combined as one. A well-balanced mixture with subtle tinge of spiciness that is strangely delicious. Served with dory fish slices and fresh prawns makes it even more savoury!

Blend it Up Pizza
An authentic Italian pizza baked to a crispy and light crusted texture on the side, it is made from scratch and filled with yummy ingredients such as Feta and Mozzarella cheese, honey baked ham, mushroom and a sunny side up in the middle. Each bite is amazingly tasty which you won’t get tired of eating more than one slice.
