The restaurant offers an extensive range of quality Chinese ‘Tze Char’ style dishes cooked by a team of excellent chefs. If you are looking for a quick lunch break or a corporate meeting dinner to dine at with air-conditioned environment, Turbot Live Seafood restaurant is the ideal place to patronise.

Golden Fried Beancurd

Get yourself started with the golden fried beancurd. Stir-fried at high temperature coated with salted egg yolk gravy, it is perfectly crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. The tofu fragrance literally explodes in your mouth when you indulge.

Herbal Prawn
Served as a nutritious pot of soup with a good mixture of herbs. On first impression you might think it's bitter but surprisingly it's not! These fresh prawns still retain sweet and bouncy. One of the classic dishes that doesn't make you thirsty.

Salted Baked Chicken

Salted Baked Chicken
A very time consuming dish, the chicken is first fried, stuffed with a variety of ingredients then wrapped with salt to bake for 20 minutes. Because of it's complexity, you would not be able to get this dish easily so treasure while you still can! Go with their home-made garlic sauce for a better enjoyment.
