I was honored to be invited to sing ‘Go The Distance’ for Cherie Hearts Preschool.

When I was first asked to sing live on stage for Cherie Hearts Preschool’s graduation ceremony, I felt truly honored and happy. This isn’t just a normal singing session but is a form of encouragement to the children who will be embarking on their next phase of life at primary school.

Looking at how these innocent children are while singing along with them during the past few rehearsals made the entire experience enjoyable, the interaction with them is really fun. They reminded me of how being a kid can be so free.

On 25th November 2016 the graduation day itself, the atmosphere was filled with excitement. Parents, children, teachers and the principal gathered anxiously while waiting for the performance to start. I was thrilled and feeling touched to be part of this ceremony. Minutes later I noticed teary eyes from the parents while looking at their child on stage. Very soon, the song ended with a happy note.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish these children to go the distance and have a  smooth-sailing journey in their future endeavours.
