Siam Secret Mookata

I am back to Siam Secret again! They have expanded their menu to having the ever popular Mookata. The last post I had blogged about was about their Ala Carte traditional Thai dishes, this time round I am equally thrilled to feature their Mookata because I believe every restaurant has it’s own unique style of barbecue, ingredient and sauce.

True enough Siam Secret never disappoint me with their freshness. The generous amount of meat served are not heavily marinated but only sprinkled with adequate sesame seeds to enhance the original flavor and bring out the sweetness to it’s best.

This is what Mookata is all about, it is to allow you to taste the most natural goodness of the meat. With just a simple barbecue process, the thinly sliced meat literally melts in your mouth when cooked. Eat it with their special home-made spicy sauce for that extra punch of flavor.

Apart from meat you can relish on an array of seafood items such as prawns, crabs, fish and octopus. With all that meat and seafood essences flowing down to the broth makes everything so much sweeter and extremely tasty.

I am leaving the best to the last, you must not miss out the rainbow mango sticky rice. Isn't that  creative? We have all heard about the rainbow craze previously but rainbow is never out of trend because it makes people feel happy no matter what it is. Furthermore the sticky rice colors are made purely from natural flowers! So don’t be worried about consuming artificial colourings as I am very particular about that as well. My mood is always good whenever I visit Siam Secret, the restaurant’s vibe is relaxing and people there are friendly as usual.
